Framandi began as a vision: a luxury furniture brand specializing in handcrafted, custom-designed pieces, seeking a digital presence worthy of the brand’s elegance. When I took on the project, Framandi had no online identity, no product architecture, and no scalable digital foundation. Over the next two months, I led the entire product strategy and built the complete e-commerce web app on Webflow, transforming a high-end boutique brand into a polished, conversion-ready online destination.
The mission was twofold. First, to create a digital experience that expressed the refinement, craftsmanship, and exclusivity of Framandi’s custom designs. Second, to ensure the website wasn’t just beautiful, but commercially effective: a platform capable of driving sales, improving discoverability, and positioning Framandi as a luxury contender in an increasingly competitive market.
To design Framandi, I needed to understand the DNA of luxury commerce. Unlike mainstream e-commerce, where speed and volume dominate, luxury digital experiences must communicate trust, craftsmanship, texture, and emotion. Every touchpoint, typography, spacing, imagery, motion, transitions, micro-interactions, must feel deliberate and elevated.
I developed a clear product vision: combination of editorial storytelling, high-end visual hierarchy, and minimalistic interaction design. The website needed to feel like entering a physical showroom, calm, structured, spacious where each product stands as a piece of art. This guided every structural decision, from page layout to content depth to navigation philosophy.
With the strategy defined, I moved into execution. Because the website needed to be flexible, optimized, and visually expressive, Webflow was the ideal platform. I crafted every page, from the home experience to collections, product details, the custom-design request flow, and the editorial brand story.
The home page became a cinematic introduction, featuring slow-paced hero imagery, refined typography, and clear brand messaging. Users transitioned seamlessly into collections, each carefully structured to highlight craftsmanship, materials, and bespoke details. Product pages emphasized visual storytelling, with large photography, spacious layouts, and a clear emphasis on customization options.
Throughout the build, I ensured the site remained fully responsive, visually consistent, and optimized for premium devices, the way luxury customers expect.
Luxury websites often fall into the trap of being beautiful but slow, expressive but impractical. Framandi needed the opposite: a refined experience that also performed.
I optimized image delivery, reduced layout shift, compressed assets, implemented semantic structure, and built clean CMS collections with SEO-friendly slugs, meta structure, schema markup, and correct heading hierarchy. Every product page carried optimized alt text, keyword-aligned descriptions, and a layout designed to increase time on page and reduce bounce.
The checkout and conversion path were simplified, ensuring users could quickly move from interest to consultation to finalized order, a crucial step for custom furniture brands where personalization drives revenue.
Framandi’s audience doesn’t buy furniture they invest in pieces. I redesigned the product presentation to reflect this. Each item received expanded detail sections, material breakdowns, customization journeys, and “request a bespoke quote” flows tailored to high-intent buyers.
This elevated the website from a simple online store into a luxury design experience, giving customers reassurance about craftsmanship and clarity about the brand’s high standards.
By the end of the two-month project, Framandi had evolved into a polished, luxurious, high-performance digital presence. The site elevated the brand’s identity, strengthened credibility, and created a scalable framework for future collections, campaigns, and editorial storytelling.
With improved SEO, faster performance, and a more structured shopping journey, Framandi became discoverable, accessible, and conversion-ready. It now stands as an elegant online extension of the brand’s handcrafted philosophy blending premium design with product strategy rooted in real digital performance.
